·         Is this the only sign on the property?

·         Does the address and phone number need to be on the sign?

·         What is the height of the lettering on the sign?

·         Suggestion to remove the phone number, “Cleveland Oh” and increase the size of the text for “Lake Erie Prep”

Motion to approve with the condition to resize the sign to make the Lake Erie Prep School text larger, remove the phone number, add the period to the “Ave” as an abbreviation, and remove the "Cleveland OH" text. Return with modifications to the sign plan for electronic review and administrative approval.
